We reserve the right to refuse any refunds for parcels that are shipped to a PO box address, as a signature is required upon receiving the parcel as proof, which cannot be obtained via a PO box address, this signature can be signed for by anyone at the given address. In the case that the address provided is incorrect/insufficient to make a delivery, Kits of Medicine is not liable to pay the cost of shipping the product back to the purchaser. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds for claims of not receiving goods when a signature is present. As our products are for training purposes, we are only able to issue refunds/returns if a product is damaged or arrives with parts missing. This is due to the nature of our products as once a product has been handled, it can no longer be re-sold, therefore, voiding any refunds/returns. In cases where parts of an order are missing, we reserve the right to send the missing parts. If any parcels are unclaimed and sent back to the sender (Kits of Medicine) it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay the full shipping price as stated on Royal Mail’s shipping fee’s, to have the order re-shipped to the purchaser. If the purchaser requires a refund instead, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the full order cost. If Standard Delivery shipping method is chosen on checkout, we reserve the right to refuse all refunds for orders that are lost in transit. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
